It is not suitable for newborns or young babies who do not yet have independent head and neck control, as the single-shoulder sling design requires your child to be able to hold their head upright unaided. It supports front carry facing in and hip carry only it is not suitable for back carrying, forward-facing, or cradle carry positions.
