We got our Upsie Sling Carrier for my 5 month old however we've got equally as much use with our 3 year old! It lives in our car and is super handy to just literally sling over my shoulder and pop Bub in there for our outings. I love that I can keep my hands free and know that Bub is tucked in nice and safe while we're out and about. While one of my kids is in the pram, the other is in the Upsie Sling - every single time!

I tried to like the item - cos I really wanted a sling for my clingy baby. I like the material - it’s thick. My only issue with the sling is loosening or tightening it. It is impossible to do so when baby is in the sling. The only way to tighten it is if the baby is not sitting in the sling, which is a hassle as how do you know how to tight to tighten it if the baby is not in the sling. I had high hopes for the sling bcos out of the options available in the market, I chose ergobaby because they are established in the market and I had a few ergobaby carrier which I enjoy using. I had high hopes when I ordered this but unfortunately, it’s just sitting in the cupboard now. Maybe the sling I received had a defect or something. Who knows. I’d say to those who plans on getting it, see if you can get a second hand one to try out first.

It is not suitable for newborns or young babies who do not yet have independent head and neck control, as the single-shoulder sling design requires your child to be able to hold their head upright unaided. It supports front carry facing in and hip carry only it is not suitable for back carrying, forward-facing, or cradle carry positions. For families who want babywearing from birth, the Upsie Sling works best as a second carrier alongside a full structured carrier like the Omni Classic or Embrace for the newborn and infant phase
