RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you’ve purchased Ergobaby products from one of our authorised retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Items purchased directly from Ergobaby are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase, in as-new condition, in the original packaging. Please email us on sales@ergobaby.com.au prior to sending the item(s) back.
Please note: All return shipping costs are non-refundable and must include tracking. Once the return has been received, a refund or alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase. Please note, any item purchased in our 'SALE' category - or otherwise marked down - is final and not eligible for refund, return, exchange and promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotion codes do not apply to sale items.

Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotion codes do not apply to sale, bundles or already discounted items. You can still use promotion codes if you have a mixture of sale items and regularly priced items in your basket but the terms and conditions of a promotion code do not include sale items in the minimum spend or % off.
