The Ergobaby bouncer was one of those purchases that I was hesitant about because of the price. I was tossing up between three different bouncers, but what was the ultimate deciding factor had to be the newborn insert. Luckily, the bouncer was more than perfect as our baby boy was born under weight and wouldn't have fit in the others till he grew quite a bit. I also got the toy bar to go with definitely recommend. The quality is amazing to.

I really like this bouncer my son has been using it from about 4 weeks old. It’s really good quality, easy to adjust, it looks nice and my son enjoys it. It’s also the only bouncer I found with an insert for newborns.

I love this bouncer for my three month old baby. She looks very comfortable and seems to enjoy being in this bouncer. We had something cheaper and not anywhere near as good quality and baby didnt look comfortable and wasn't supported properly. This bouncer is ergonomically designed to properly support my baby's body correctly. I like the added seat insert Ive already removed it as baby is too big for it now but I know I'll still get good use out of this bouncer as it can be used as a regular chair for a toddler. My only regret is not buying this bouncer sooner.

My baby absolutely loved this chair, it’s so handy we take it everywhere with us ! She is 5 months now and we don’t have the new born insert in there anymore, but that was one of the best features whilst she was young! Kept her head from kinking ! Baby loves it!

The bouncer is great. Our new born loves it. Its great for putting him down but keeping upright after a feed and for bouncing him to sleep. It folds down easily to store away.

We love the ErgoBaby Evolve Bouncer. The recline settings allow our little one to sit up or lay down, this has helped with our gassy girl. The newborn insert is easy to wash and allows for bub to sit at the kitchen whilst I cook dinner for the rest of the family.

Our baby loves the bouncer and looks so comfortable while using. Great quality finishes, soft and supportive material. My only regret is not purchasing this earlier! It is a bit pricey but worth the money.

Can I use it from birth, and what are the three stages?

In the newborn stage, the ergonomic insert cradles your baby from head to hips in a fully reclined, supported position. As your baby grows into the infant stage, the insert is removed and the bouncer transitions into an active bouncing seat powered by your baby's own kicks and movements. How does the bouncing work — does it need batteries or a motor?

Is it genuinely good for my baby's hips and head and how was it designed?

The newborn insert was designed in collaboration with a pediatric orthopedist and features ergonomic support in all the right places - M-shaped hip positioning and a specially crafted head support designed to help prevent flat head syndrome. The M-position where baby's knees are at or above hip level and the spine is gently rounded is the same ergonomic principle used across Ergobaby's carrier range and recognised by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as hip-healthy. Can my baby sleep in it?

Babies should never be left unattended in the bouncer, and the bouncer should never be used for sleeping.
