Our buckle broke. It was easy to find the right replacement and install
Product was exactly as described and now back to wearing my favourite carrier again!
Shout out to customer service who replied back to my email very quickly to help order the correct replacement buckle
The clip was sent in a regular envelope, held together with sticky tape, and clearly not very well because the envelope had a hole in the top so it seems the clip fell out. Emailed the sales team and haven’t heard back. Apart from this, the brand is really good but future purchasers should probably look for good quality second hand options.
Still waiting. Have not received item yet!
Good. Came as expected
Clip is wider than the original, very happy, however, disappointed I had to purchase the clip in the first place due to the original clip breaking through no fault of my own.
Easy to install
Just as described, however not happy this is the third buckle I have had to purchase…
Needed to replace a clip on my carrier and it was perfect
It’s great how easy it was to replace and works and looks fine thankyou
