Click & Collect

We are super excited to announce our Click & Collect service available in NSW! Click and Collect will be available from Surry Hills, NSW. Save on shipping and pick up your online order from our office at Suite 102, 83-97 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, 2010.

Click & Collect Orders are usually ready within 2 business hours of placing order and can be collected Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am-4pm (excluding Public Holidays). Our Ergobaby team will notify you when your order is ready to be collected. Limited street parking is available from 10am - 4pm.

Follow these easy steps for Click & Collect

1. Place your order online at www.ergobaby.com.au and select Pick Up at checkout and make payment

2. Once notified that your order is ready to collect, head to our office Suite 102, 83-97 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010

3. Park in a safe spot and have the following information ready:

a. Your online order number (this is on your confirmation email)

b. The name of the person who has placed the order

c. Your driver’s license (We will need to sight this to confirm identification).

4. Call us on (02) 8069 8975 and advise the team member you are at the office waiting for your Click & Collect order.

5. A member of our team will bring your order to your car. Please have your driver’s license ready for our team member to confirm your identification.
